The payment card transaction, conducted between you and our secure system, is fully encrypted and protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Information related to your order and your credit card number is not transmitted in plain text over the internet and is not stored on our site.

These high-security measures are reinforced by new security standards through your credit card. To complete the payment, the customer must activate 3DSecure (a code sent by SMS to their phone) and enter the password provided by their bank, or use their bank’s app installed on their phone. All these security measures also ensure that, in case of theft, your credit card cannot be used on our site.

However, these security measures may pose difficulties for people who have not been informed by their bank about these new security standards related to their payment card, and consequently encounter issues finalizing their purchase. Increasingly, people facing this problem are turning to PayPal or bank transfer. If this is your case, please read our information below.

SPECIAL for our US customers :

Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can complete your payment with your credit card on our site. Simply choose the PayPal payment method, then the credit card option (check-out as a guest) without having an PayPal account. This way, you can finalize your purchase with your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card without needing to create a PayPal account. This works out very well for our US customers and also from other English-speaking countries.

2 - PayPal: As a leader in online payments, PayPal allows you to make purchases or send payments securely and for free. Creating a PayPal account is easy, quick, and ensures your purchases both nationally and internationally. Free for the buyer, transaction fees via PayPal are borne by the seller.

3 - Bank Transfer: Simple, fast, and increasingly used by our customers who experience difficulties with their payment card or prefer not to use it online. We ship your order upon receipt of payment (transfers arrive the same day or within 24-48 hours at the latest). You will automatically receive our banking details by email once your order is finalized.
