L-Dopa of 100% natural origin
Vicia Faba L: a variety of beans rich in L-Dopa
Vicia Faba is a legume, from the Fabaceae family which includes the different subspecies or varieties of broad beans and field beans. Its fruits are in the form of pods in which its seeds (or beans) are found. Vicia Faba is commonly known as swamp bean and is also known as a gourgane. Vicia Faba has been consumed in our diet for millennia and is generally very well tolerated.
Its richness in proteins, carbohydrates and fibers, its low fat content, as well as its high natural L-dopa content make it a particularly interesting food for health.
Active ingredients extracted from a structural part of the plant
AtremoPlus® is made from specific structural parts of the plant and not from the beans. These structural parts have an L-dopa content much higher than the beans. The active principles of the structural part are preserved thanks to a complex and slow biotechnological extraction mode. Indeed, the biotechnological process used for the extraction preserves not only the active principles of l-dopa, but also of other trace elements, such as flavonoids, polyphenols, carotenoids, minerals, vitamins, amino-acids. The polyphenols contained in the product promote, like those in green tea, a slow and regular transformation of L-dopa.
In order to obtain the results and concentrations of L-dopa and the richness in trace elements, the plant with its specific variety must be cultivated under very specific climatic conditions. Vicia Faba L prefers heat (optimal growth temperature around 20 ° C) but fears high temperatures. They prefer deep, cool soils with sunny exposure, but fear drought. It is an art to obtain the result and the quality that AtremoPlus offers to its customers.
L-Dopa, an important precursor
Some foods are rich in L-Dopa or tyrosine, an important precursor that occurs after its transformation in many important processes in the body. In general, it is therefore recommended to have a good nutritional balance. On the other hand, if the eating habits do not cover the daily needs of this precursor or if the organism is no longer able to produce enough by itself, then age-related motor and cognitive problems may appear : lack of motivation, rigidity, slowness of movement, tremors, imbalances, cognitive problems ... Pollution, stress and other factors can accelerate this process of degeneration and aging.

Vitamin E of 100% natural plant origin
An essential vitamin not produced by the human body
Vitamin E is a vitamin that brings together a set of eight organic molecules (4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols). Its most important compound for our body is alpha-tocopherol.
Even though it is essential for the proper functioning of our metabolism and important for our immune defenses, Vitamin E is generally not produced by our body. This is why a balanced diet is necessary. It is found in several foods including vegetable oils and oilseeds which are very rich.
In the event of deficiency, a multitude of problems can appear.
A powerful antioxidant well assimilated in its natural form
Vitamin E plays an essential role in protecting the membrane of all cells in the body. It is antioxidant. That means that, it helps protect cells against damage from oxidative stress and premature cell aging.
The natural form of alpha-tocopherol is well absorbed and can therefore enter cells where the body needs it. Scientific studies suggest that the body assimilates the natural form of vitamin E better than the synthetic form *.
The target of AtremoPlus is to offer a natural and high quality solution. Therefore the natural form of Vitamin E corresponds to this ambition.
Recommended nutritional intake
The recommended nutritional intake (RDA) of vitamin E is 10 mg to 50 mg per day. Indeed, depending on sex and age, the necessary intakes may vary.
In 2012, the European health authorities (EFSA European Food Safety Authority and the European Commission) estimated that food supplements based on Vitamin E can contribute to the protection of cells against free radicals (antioxidant effects), if and only if these products contain at least 1.8 mg of vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols) per 100 g, 100 ml or per package if the product only contains one time use.

Concentration of vitamin E of natural origin in AtremoPlus®: 12mg / 5g.
The recommended nutritional intake (ANC) of vitamin E is fixed at 15 mg of alpha-tocopherol per day,
in its natural form.
